as many of you know (and many of you will start to notice) i LOVE the wine country. I LOVE wine, art, sunshine, rolling hills + good eats so it makes a lot of sense that napa/sonoma is the perfect getaway, if even for a day. this weekend i was a little all over the place: a 24 hour tahoe vacay, anniversary celebrations with the fam, napa for a day, and freelance/workin poolside today. i probably shouldve been a little more responsible getting prepped for the las vegas market that im jet-setting out to tomorrow, EARLY!!!
while in napa, i stumbled across a new treasue...the avia hotel. this place is the epitome of casual wine-country glamour. and geez, can i just tell you how GORGEOUS the interior of this place is?!? though i didn't see the rooms (someday i will need to stay there!), the lobby, restaurant, and bar are designed to perfection! see for yourself...
and then there's this super duper amazing interior design studio/shop connected to the hotel called west end (no site yet)...wow. im pretty sure these ladies stole my aesthetic! this place is sooo gorgeous and inspiring and full of unique local artist's goodies. i managed to walk out empty-handed...phew!

i didn't take enough photos...darn, ill have to go back for more! ;) for now, i should probably think about a little sleep before i am bombarded with all the latest design/furniture trends!! :)
