yesterday i had the pleasure of embarking on a spontaneous coastal/agricultural adventure with a gal pal. started just north of sf and drove up the winding scenic coastline; stopping in pt. reyes for a cup o' joe, bodega for a barefoot run on the beach, pomo canyon for a magical (not to sound TOO cheesy) trail run, and guerneville for an unforgettable meal. body + mind are feelin' REAL good. love the coastal countryside!!
